Frannie Owen, MBA, has been named chief financial officer (CFO) and a member of the Senior Management team for Hana Engineers and Consultants, LLC, a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing environmental consulting, engineering, construction management, construction technology, and drilling services, based in the Richmond, Virginia, metro area.

Frannie joined Hana during a high-growth period for the company in 2024 as controller and quickly transitioned as a leader for Hana’s Administrative Group. Since that time, Frannie led the company in streamlining financial operations, transitioned to management tools that accelerated project delivery and provided real-time support to team members, and added support staff to manage internal and external financial operations and forecasting.
Frannie holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. She previously served as a controller and a corporate financial analyst for several companies in a variety of sectors, including logistics and supply chain management and waste management and materials handling.
