Hana-Procon JV awarded OASIS SubPool contract

Hana’s joint venture with Procon Consulting, Hana-Procon JV, LLC, has been awarded the General Services Administration’s OASIS 8(a) SubPool multiple award IDIQ contract, under management, scientific, and technical services. OASIS 8(a) SubPools were developed to provide 8(a) businesses with expanded access to the OASIS Best-in-Class contract program, which was created for projects designated by the Office of Management and Budget as preferred governmentwide solutions. The contract program gives federal agencies a streamlined framework for ordering services from technical companies, and the GSA handles top-level program management and contract administration. Among their features, OASIS contracts support multiple technical disciplines and mission spaces; support commercial and non-commercial acquisition; support all contract types at the task order level; and have no program ceiling, a five-year base and one five-year option — a benefit to long-term planning for complex program requirements.
