Hana was established in 2013 with the goal of creating a small engineering and science company with technical credentials that rival large A/E firms. Hana offers professional engineering and scientific solutions, with a special emphasis on environmental- and geotechnical-related engineering services and construction management and technology services.
The company provides a slate of consulting and field services for a variety of federal, state, municipal, and commercial clients and customers. The company’s formal performance ratings since inception more than a decade ago are among the best in the sector with excellent one-on-one feedback from clients who work side-by-side with Hana’s highly skilled and experienced professional team members.
Hana is certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a total small business. The company attained Cybersecurity Maturity Model (CMMC) Level 1 certification in 2025 and CMMC Level 2 self-certification in 2026. The company’s teams carry strong education, training, and professional certifications from industry regulators, federal and state accrediting boards, and industry trade associations.
