Director of Programs and Projects

Scott is a veteran project manager and engineer with experience in environmental consulting. His project management experience includes all aspects of Operational Range Sustainment, including range assessment; range clearance; processing and recycling of range residue; UXO clearance; anomaly avoidance and mapping; range component layout/reconfiguration; range closure; and target removal and replenishment. He has provided range sustainment services for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, US Army Corps of Engineers, National Guard, and US Marine Corps.

Scott has successfully managed and completed projects challenged by military training schedule conflicts, natural resources encroachment, severe weather, and remote access. As a project manager, he has been responsible for budget and schedule control; client communications; project plan approval; field audits of technical personnel and subcontractors for contract compliance; and delivery of project documentation to satisfy completion requirements. He has also managed non-Time Critical Removal Actions at Formerly Used Defense Sites under the Military Munitions Response Program.
