Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) Management Services at Joint Base Charleston and Shaw Air Force Base

Hana was tasked by prime contractor, OTIE, to assist with completing the 5-year updates for the following plans: Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS) – Air Base and Weapons Base Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, JB CHS Facility Response Plan (FRP), and Shaw Air Force Base (AFB) Integrated Contingency Plan (ICP) and provide the South Carolina licensed Professional Engineer to stamp the documents.
