Josh has worked on numerous projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region for Region 3 of the U.S. General Services Administration and has more than 15 years in the construction sector.

Josh has served as a Senior Project Manager/Cost Estimator, performing detailed quantity takeoff and conducting market research for large-dollar equipment. He also has prepared cost estimates for various projects, including interior renovation, exterior façade, roof renovation, exterior plaza renovation, federal buildings, data centers, and leased facilities. His experience includes extensive mechanical upgrades, as well as air handler, piping, and electrical systems upgrades.

As CMS Program Manager, Josh works at Joint Base Langley as a Quality Assurance (QA) Construction Representative, responsible for the Low Observable Composite Repair Facility (LOCRF), and the Consolidated Operations and Maintenance Hangar (COMH).
