Jeff R. Zoeckler, P.E., P.G.

Vice President, Senior Environmental Engineer

Jeff has worked as an environmental engineer, geologist, and project manager on a wide variety of industrial, municipal, and federal environmental restoration projects. His experience ranges from field sampling to management of large federal projects involving environmental planning, compliance, investigation and remediation. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Professional Geologist (P.G.).

Jeff has experience in private environmental consulting and in the government sector. He has been involved with both technical and management aspects in the implementation of complex environmental programs and projects. Jeff has led coordination with technical staff, contractors, regulatory agencies, attorneys, real estate experts, landowners, and other stakeholders in order to integrate entire project teams. He also has extensive experience with environmental public affairs, having frequently prepared media updates and participated in public meetings where he presented and explained complex technical information to general public audiences.

Jeff’s most extensive experience is in environmental compliance, site characterization and remediation. He has a working knowledge of a broad range of environmental laws, policies, and guidance. Jeff has also authored or co-authored several published scientific/engineering publications.
