Construction Management Services at JBLE and DSCR

As part of a small business joint venture, Hana is providing Construction Management Services to USACE Norfolk District with the following services: Quality Assurance Support for LOCRF Project at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia, Architectural Support for Battalion Complex Phase 2/3 Project at Fort Eustis, Newport News, Virginia, and Mechanical Quality oversight support for DLA Operations Phase II Project at U.S. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), Richmond, Virginia. Task Orders under this contract include providing CMS/QA Support activities at the following construction sites:

• Fort Eustis Battalion Complex Phase 2/3: Operations Building (Phase 2) and Hanger Facility (Phase 3) construction to support the Battalion Complex.
• Langley Air Force Base Low Observable Component Repair Facility (LOCRF): A four-bay high-bay facility construction over a controlled backfilled grade, above a 100-yr flood plain.
• Langley Air Force Base Consolidated OPS/Maintenance Hangar (COMH): Facility construction to house hangar bays, staff administration, propulsion shop, and other building systems support.
• DSCR DLA Aviation Operations Center Phase 2: A multi-story office building (281,075 SF) constructed to accommodate 1,622 employees in an administrative operations center.
