Hana Engineers and Consultants, LLC, an environmental, geotechnical, and construction management services company, will be presenting at the Battelle 2024 Chlorinated Conference in Denver this week. 

The poster presentation, led by Hana hydrogeologist Wanfang Zhou, Ph.D, P.G., is part of the Innovative Monito ring Approaches and Modeling Applications session on surface water/groundwater interactions. 

“Establishing Compliance Points in Spring-Fed Surface Water for Effective Remediation and Management of Contaminated Groundwater in a Karst Aquifer” focuses on modeling techniques used at a 230-acre Formerly Used Defense Site in Pennsylvania. The presentation was co-authored by Hana Vice President Jeff Zoeckler, P.E., P.G., and senior environmental engineer Christina Jettie, P.E. 

Hana’s presentation is among 477 platform presentations, 550 poster presentations and eight technical panel discussions slated for the 2024 Chlorinated Conference, which is expected to draw more than 1,800 environmental professionals from 22 countries.
